Sheppard to take chart-topping victory lap national tour
After soaring to new heights with Watching The Sky, Brisbane hit-makers Sheppard are celebrating their #1 ARIA album in style with an almighty victory lap around the country.
Set to be their biggest tour ever, the band are ready to tackle over 30 regional, metro and suburban communities.
Sheppard have already announced the first of the WA shows at Metropolis in Fremantle on Friday 24 August and Port Hedland’s North West Festival on Saturday 25 August.
“From the moment we got the news that we’d gone #1 we started planning how we could have the biggest possible party to say thank you to everyone who has support us,” says vocalist George Sheppard.
The tour will be loaded with performances of fast favourites including ‘Hometown’, the Gold selling ‘Keep Me Crazy’ and Platinum selling ‘Coming Home’, as well as multi-platinum smash hits ‘Geronimo’ and ‘Let Me Down Easy’.
“We’d be nowhere without the support of the fans and this is our opportunity to get out and repay the favour—with many of these communities getting their first ever taste of Sheppard live!”
As a thank you to their devotion, all shows will include signings and meet and greets for fans with the band at the end of each show.
Keep an eye out for further tour date announcements.
