Perth youngster Ella E to launch new single ‘Easier’
Seventeen-year-old Perth singer-songwriter Ella E has released her new single Easier – the follow-up to her 2015 debut EP Letters I Never Sent.
Ella worked with Eskimo Joe’s Kav Temperley on the song which explores her pop sensibilities (think along the lines of Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift) yet see her finding her own unique voice.
It’s been a busy time for Ella with a well-received support slot for Missy Higgins’ sold-out show in December, collaborations with Lyrical Infusion, songwriting sessions at the Phoenix Theatre Round Room Gallery and the Opal Bar & Lounge, an appearance at the Nannup Music Festival, shows with popular WA singer/songwriter Morgan Bain and a performance at Government House for the West Australian ‘Australian Of The Year Awards’.
Ella launches her new release on Thursday, April 27, with an all ages show at The Good Shepherd in Leederville from 7 till 8.30pm. Tickets are $20 and include the Easier single with a new bonus track, Through And Through.
The Good Shepherd is an 18+ licensed venue. Under 18s will be given a wristband on arrival.
